Ian Goldberg

Ian Goldberg

CA, B.Com (Com Law, Business management)

Ian has some 21 years’ experience with PriceWaterHouseCoopers, the accounting profession and several listed Australian public companies. He has extensive experience in the disciplines of financial accounting, project development, mine site operations management, corporate finance and company secretarial functions. Ian has operated at a senior executive level from FC, Cosec, CFO through to Director for the past 16 years in various Mid Cap operational companies involving various base metals and bulk commodities and has been involved with a number of capital raisings during this time, raising over $100 million from share issues through to bank debt.

Ian generates shareholder value by maximising returns, through a focus on disciplined investment processes and reporting, people and systems, financing and operational performance. Develops strong relationships at an operational level and is able to influence key operational personnel and drive alignment to company strategy and objectives.

Ian is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.


Colin Irvine

Colin Irvine

CA, B.Com, BA (Accounting and Economics)

Colin has 10+ years’ experience within the accounting and finance industry. He has worked in a wide range of industries from ASX listed companies to large award winning multi-national companies.

Colin’s financial background commenced in business and tax services thereafter moving to the commercial sector. He has extensive management experience in leading junior and senior staff as well as strategic commercial management. This has contributed to his sound knowledge of accounting standards, financial and risk management, and budget and cash flow forecasting.

He has implemented KPI reporting and driven accountability within these companies, resulting in direct improvement in the bottom line.

Colin has significant experience in the analysis and interpretation of the purchase to pay cycle, enabling him to have an immediate impact on your core business understanding.

He has excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage and influence on every level from grass roots through to the boardroom.


Rhona Varkevisser

B.Compt (Accounting and Auditing), ACCA

Rhona has 25 years’ financial and management experience gained in Australia the UK, USA and Africa across various industries including initial training with Ernst & Young, financial services, recruitment, technology start-ups, employee and customer engagement services, logistics, media, agricultural sector, and not for profit. Rhona thrives in both structured corporate and entrepreneurial environments.

With a strong commercial awareness and understanding, and focus on building committed teams, good systems and robust and relevant reporting and analysis, she has directly contributed to increased profitability and stability of the organisations she has worked with. Specifically, she has lead the growth in both turnover and profitability for a company with +$100 million turnover.

Rhona has a history of successfully managing corporate risk, responding to opportunities and leading transformational change across finance and operations. Rhona has the ability to engage and influence on every level through her commercial experience and business insight.
